Nivas is an IT industry veteran and a passionate business development executive with three decades of engagement in disparate industry verticals spanning business technology, engineering, and retail.

Fast forwarding to this day, Nivas has one of the most commendable track records in the history of employee engagement, customer satisfaction, service delivery management, presales, end-to-end sales management, marketing, HR, recruitment, and operations. He is also affluently acquainted with many MNCs and has on-the-ground knowledge of the American and Asian markets.

As the CEO of Infolob Solutions, Nivas primarily concentrates on Business Development by building and managing new practice areas like RPA/UiPath, Salesforce, DevSec Ops etc. Additionally, he undertakes the responsibilities of managing and supervising his teams for end-to-end sourcing, resource delivery, and customer success. He is surely a gifted IT and talent acquisition leader manifesting brilliance in B2B/B2C technical sales, strategy, contract negotiations, sales planning, and forecasting – coupled with team, market, and product turnaround strategy. All of this is also atop his credentials in account management of Fortune 500/1000 companies, along with price positioning strategy, and strategic alliance.

Nivas completed his Engineering degree from Nagpur University in 1990 and pursued his career in multiple domains from 1991. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His other interests include playing sports & hiking on nature trails.

Vidya Sagar is a seasoned Oracle Applications (SaaS & EBS) professional with 20+ years of experience in Oracle Applications Practice Leadership/Management, Oracle Applications based transformations, implementations, solution-architecture/Design, large account management, and global delivery. Sagar greatly enjoys working alongside his – extremely talented, smart, and driven team members. He has deep configuration level understanding of Oracle Applications & is an expert at understanding and aligning client needs/processes to the Oracle product thereby maximizing the ROI. 

Sagar also has solid background in Program and Delivery Management with excellent track record of managing projects from conception, through implementation, deployment and Stabilization. Currently, he spends most of his time in developing the company’s growth strategy, delivery assurance, operations & customer relationship management. Sagar joined Infolob in April’ 2018. Prior to Infolob, Sagar worked on multiple assignments across geographies (USA, Canada, Middle East, AUS, India and UK) in varied business verticals including Public Sector, Retail, Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Insurance, Banking, Telecom, and Online Gaming.

Manoj Varma Alluri is the distinction of IT infrastructure service delivery and operational experience. His professional pursuit shot right off after acing BTech (information technology) at Siddhartha Engineering College, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Today, he stands as seasoned IT professional with 12+ years of managerial experience in establishing quality, safety, and operational standards to generate constructive impact on the overarching performance of an organization.

As the head of business development at Infolob Solutions, Manoj is responsible for blending his prowess in services with proven and trailblazing business growth strategies.

In action, Manoj oversees a diversity of simultaneously ongoing business development initiatives – such as offering leadership to service delivery and inside sales units, resolving reliability issues, observing teams’ progress, tracking KPIs, and playing around with budgets for maximized output.
